After upgrading from 1.3 to 1.3C today I noticed some rather
odd behavior in my old (November 1995) i386 MH binaries which
previously had worked fine. "folders" and "rmm" seem to use the
cwd instead of ~/Mail as my mail directory, while "scan" and "show"
seem to get the correct directory. An nmh built in December seems
to work fine.
   While it is easy enough for me to work around the problem, I
worry that we may have a regression problem which may have wider
consequences. Has anyone else seen anything odd lately?
