People,

Is there anything in NetBSD similar to the "pshare" command
under AIX? The reason I ask is that I am frequently changing
the devices plugged into my serial ports, from modems to
terminals to printers - some for outbound connections, some
for inbound.

To do this I have been editting /etc/ttys to set on/off the
particular tty, then sigHUPing init. Is there an easier way
of doing this? Allowing an outbound (ppp, lpr, cu...)
connection on a device running a getty? I've tried it once,
and it wasn't a pretty sight.

This is on NetBSD-mac68k, current, BTW.

TIA,
