I have an intel box loaded with NetBSD 1.3 and XFree86 3.3.1 binaries
from XFree86.org.

X will not run if the kernel security level is set to 1, but X comes
up if I explicitly build an insecure kernel.

I haven't seen this problem with 1.2 or earlier. Any ideas?
