Assuming the controller is a `real' IDE controller, and you know the
I/O port and IRQ, try changing the wdc1 definition to:

wdc1	at isa? port 0xPORT irq IRQ

where PORT and IRQ are the hexadecimal port number and decimal interrupt
request, respectively.   If it's actually a third controller, you can use:

wdc2	at isa? port 0xPORT irq IRQ

as `atapibus*' and `wd*' will attach drives to it automagically.
