I have an NFS mounted /usr/pkgsrc.
  I want to compile a package on one system and then type "make install"
on some other systems. 
  
  It appears that work.$ARCH/.install.done is the "install" flag that
"make reinstall" ignores. I want to make sure that nothing else bad 
will occur --- e.g. failure to update /etc/mtree or something?
