I've seen this happening since 1.2, and I'm not quite sure why it returns an
error on *successfully* adding the alias.  (Try it a second time and notice
that you get no error, but the alias isn't added again.)  This seems to be
the opposite of expected results.

It doesn't hurt, because it still _works_, but it's a brain teaser.
