The box says "AROWANA", "16 Bit Plug & Play 3D Surround Sound", "The Power
Sound" and then explains "compatible with Adlib, Sound Blaster Pro, Sound
Blaster 16 and Windows Sound System".  It has a MPU-401 MIDI interface,
IDE CD-ROM interface and analog joystick compatible game port.

I can remove the card from the machine and tell you what kind of chips
it has if that helps..

The manual lists I/O addresses 220H, 240H, 260H, 280H, 2A0H, 2C0H and
IRQ's 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15.. DMA settings 0, 1, 3, 5, 6, 7.
