Hello,

Has anyone tried to use snmp to monitor the status of a ppp link?

Take for example the case of a NAT machine providing inet connectivity for
a small local net via PPP. The idea would be for the machines on the local
net to be able to monitor the link status by talking to the snmpd running
on the ppp machine.
