Yah, hit this one as well.  mkdir /usr/include/bdf appears to be
a workaround.  Not sure what should have been fixed, it appears
that "make build" doesn't create its target directories for you
(should it?).  Anyway, there's an entry for the directory in
/usr/src/etc/mtree/NetBSD.dist.
