as you may have noticed, i've been cleaning up the code in games
and usr.sbin to compile with WARNS?=1 (using gcc as a poor man's lint)

you should recompile and install usr.bin/rpcgen before compiling
usr.sbin, otherwise compilation will stop somewhere in usr.sbin/rpc.*

as i've only got an i386, other ports may get a few minor warnings
due to differences in the compilers.

please send-pr(1) any problems, but ensure that your includes et al
are uptodate before doing so.

thanks to matt green for doing the 4.4bsd-lite 2 import before i did
the other stuff.
