This is good. It would also be good to have a text-based/mail-based way
to register too. If the user has to wait until they get X and a browser
installed (assuming they ever do), chances that they'll register go way
down.

Maybe something similar to send-pr, both for commonality of user
interface and for the fact that a lot of the code for "send-reg" (or
whatever) could probably be borrowed from send-pr?
