Judging from earlier reports, this seems to be a problem with
'silly' NFS files (.nfsXXXXX) and a (forcible) unmount. I can
think of a few scenarios that would cause problems. I'll set up
a diskless system to test this, but I might not get around to doing
so until after next week, as I'll be away next week.
