I highly unrecommend trying to build from sources off of 1.0A. Its
hard enough trying to build from sources off of 1.2D!

If you must do it, I wish you luck, but I'm almost certain the pain
will be very high.

Might I suggest using the binary snapshot and then re-building from
scratch instead?
