Umm... Right. ;-) I'll look into making this into a PR which I'll
probably send out tomorrow.  As for the patches to the man pages,
I can do some attempts in that direction but, well, it's not
clear to me that all the changes neeed are in the man pages.
E.g. which drivers don't currently use net/if_media.h but should?
