If you've untarred the tarballs into the place you intend to sup into, then
the "sup -o" option is what you want - it compares the dates of what's on
your disk with the repository, and copies over the stuff that doesn't
match, instead of the whole thing (it will also stomp anything newer than
the sup server that's on your disk, but starting from the tarballs, that
should not be a concern).
