In a lot of ways, that's similar to the deaily contents of the
source-changes list.

While source-changes goes into more detail than what you probably
want, it's certainly got all the information (or should).  People
should certainly feel free to summarize source-changes to
current-users for those who want to read the latter but not the
former.  However, i think it's unreasonable to ask developers to do
the same work N times...
