Heyla,
just injecting some more non-copyright related stuff into current-users.

swapctl can take a priority, and also via fstab, but I didn't find a mention
in swapctl(2,8) about what the limits are on that priority nor what priority
(eg, high, low, negative) increases/decreases the likelyhood of a swap
being used.

mrg or thorpej or anyone, can you tell me/us please?
