It seems major problem about the license is:

	[1] 
	  1. (a) (ii) ... must be included within each copy of all 
	  	documentation ...
	     (b) (ii) each copy of all accompanying or associated 
		documentation, in any medium.

	[2]
	   2. The following Acknowledgement ... The Acknowledgment 
	   must be conspicuously and completely displayed whenever ...  
	   are mentioned in advertising, marketing ...

These conditions seems to be very hard to achieve even if it is the 
NetBSD distribution, because
	[1] What is *all* documentation ?
	[2] We cannot advertise/market NetBSD without displaying
	  long acnowledment.

How about changing these into:
	[1] changing "all documentation" to "one of major documentation"
	[2] revert this to standard Berkley Copyright item. 3
