And if Chris wanted to submit GPL'ed code?  It is not enough that the
terms on this code make Chris happy.  They must also not be contrary to
the goals of the NetBSD project.  I am also quite concerned that no
announcement was made before what I consider a pretty drastic revision
of the terms under which our code is available.

Perhaps the necessity of this action is something which should have been
submitted to a more open discussion?
