I've backed out all of the changes I recently made to the build
system (src/share/mk/* and various Makefiles throughout the tree).
I still have these on a separate branch (cjs-build-against-obj-dir),
however, so those of you with CVS access can continue to use and
test this. For those without CVS access, feel free to send me e-mail
and I will send you diffs of the latest version.
