I've improved the SB driver a little and it no longer
pretends that all cards are the original SB.

If you have a SB capable of 16 bit operation you should
set the card to use DMA channel 5 for the 16 bit DMA.
This drq is currently hard-wired into the driver since there
is not yet a nice way of setting it from the config file.

The driver is still buggy; a working version is on the way.
