We're probably not taking votes, but it's all a matter of what we are used
to, isn't it? I don't have procmail set up (yet) and I am very annoyed by
spam because I get so little of it. Scott gets a lot of it, is used to it
and doesn't want to change the way he gets his mail.

I'm for closed lists just because every other list I'm on is closed. I
don't know any better. I'd defer to the netbsd gurus on this one, though.
Whatever the big contributors want to do, I'll deal with it.
