Yes: try BISDN.

The package is available from

	ftp.muc.ditec.de

in directory 'isdn' as file 'bisdn-XXX.tar.gz' where XXX represents the
release and version number.

This ftp server is mirrored by

	ftp://ftp.xlink.net/pub/mirror.bisdn
