Ever tried t o uninstall ghostscript after having installed hylafax?
I think the right term for what he meant is "inter-package dependencies".

And, as far as I can see, few of the people on this list who are suggesting 
bizzare new package-formats seem to have had a closer look at the FreeBSD 
Ports System.

Let's all go and have a look at that, and if anyone finds out deficiencies 
with that (f.e. the missing "make test" case in case some packe has a "test" 
target) send-pr it to the ports-maintainer...
