  Presumably because its in a far more developed state than Linux on the 
StrongARM, it has no GPL and the people doing the arm32 port have just 
started a company to promote this sort of thing.

As someone who actually uses NetBSD/arm32 on a StrongARM I have been very 
impressed by the professionalism shown by all involved with the arm32 port.
