With some pointers in the right direction from Geoff Wing [gwing@primenet.com.au], I
discovered that I'd only done a make includes in /usr/src/include, not in /usr/src.

However the kernel that I've now built won't boot - gets to the Copyright messages and
then reboots. I've tried config with ?s and on sd0a type ffs and get the same thing.
I made sure the new bootblocks were installed, in case it was that problem again.

Anyone else seeing this?
