For various odd reasons, I NFS mounted a disk on the same machine it was
exported from, then began doing a large -j<something-high> make. Within
a couple minutes, the machine was locked up solid - no panic or core
dump, the machine just no longer responded, not even on the
console. This is with stock 1.2.
Has this been noticed before (maybe even addressed?), or should I file a
PR? (Or is it worth it? I only did this for a quick fix to something
that I ended up doing the right way later.)
