Hello,

I found that the src/randseed.bin appeared in the daily CVS for the last two 
days.  When I tried to get it from ftp.netbsd.org, it was set to -rw------ .
Can anyone tell me what is it for ? If I try to make build, will it cause an
error without it.  Thanks.
