  And this happens how often? Like, maybe once every couple of years?
What is there that we don't already support?

  Hesiod 2.0? DCE? SMB or Novell name service? 
  This isn't terrible since we have source. USE THE SOURCE.

  The fact that we need a no-YP version of libc for boot media just
proves that we need -DSMALL for libc too. Boot media is always a
problem in that respect.
