the tcp_wrappers library (libwrap) has been added to the NetBSD
distribution, and inetd(8) has been modified to use this.

it works almost exactly as tcpd does normally, except that you
don't need to change /etc/inetd.conf, etc, you just need to
create /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny.

if inetd begins to fail for you, please contact me ASAP.
