Hmm..  I was able to reproduce the anic quite easily this morning, 
without any active connections at all!  I just ended an X session, and 
the machine paniced before xdm could restart.

And the funny thing is, the kernel I backed off to was from a Tues AM 
sup, which already had the new version of uipc_socket2.c in it.
