Subject: sendmail log has duplicate entries

The recent discussion of sendmail prompted me to have a look at the maillog.

I found out my /etc/aliases.db file was out of date, makealias is the wrong command, makealiases works better. 

The odd thing is that all the entries are duplicated. Here are the last few:
