[Patch to rlogind to allow insecure root logins deleted]

An FYI to those folks that saw this patch appear in the PR database.  All
you have to do is add the `secure' flag to the appropriate lines (ttyp0,
ttyp1, etc.) to let root login from somewhere other than the console.  No
code changes are necessary.

Note:  Either way, this is a potentially large security problem and is
STRONGLY DISCOURAGED.
