I use the client side stuff on my netbsd box at home - mainly to
get the compression on the link but knowing the traffic is encrypted
is reassuring when you administer your network from home :-)

The stuff built right out of the box for me.  In fact it claims to
support NetBSD 1.0A in the install readme.
