Subject: disklabel doesn't complain when swap and filesystems overlap

I realize that the bug is largely in me, but I was zapped
by making a disklabel which described a swap partition that
overlapped the start of a filesystem by 20480 blocks.

I think it would be prudent to add bounds checking to disklabel
such that it emits a "make sure you can add properly" warning
when two used partitions overlap each other.
