I just bought the 4.4BSD book and have a 4.3BSD book and the 4.3 answer book
left over.  It's in perfect condition.  While it is not as current as the
4.4BSD, if you're just mildly interested in the kernel it still serves
as a good guide, and you don't have to spend $50.
