Everyone interested in crosscompiling might want to have a look at the stuff in
/pub/NetBSD-Amiga/tools/Cross-compiling on ftp.uni-regensburg.de (and it's
mirrors), esp.:

xc-SPARC-Solaris2.4.readme
-rw-r--r-- 1 c9020 ftpadmin 9297461 Jan 8 22:59
xc-SPARC-Solaris2.4.tar.gz

This is a gcc that was build to make binaries for NetBSD/mac68k from a Solaris
s.4 box, and the generated binaries also work on NetBSD/amiga. The compiler
can't generate or even link sith shared libs, though. Also, I've never tried
compiling a kernel with it.

IMHO, having a working crosscompiling-environment for NetBSD would really be a
benefit!
