The build process under src/domestic is bogus in many ways.

/etc/mtree/4.4BSD.dist disagrees with src/include/Makefile.
/usr/obj may be a file, where mtree expects it to be a directory.

AFAIK adding "options PCIVERBOSE" to your kernel config will do this
for you.
