Well, this is fixed by an old PR of mine: 1557.  The story is that the
libg++/groff changes wasn't taken from that one so they missed the
name mangling fixes needed.  However, the version number conditionals
should be changed to check the major number of GCC as well... I leave
that as a trivial exrecise to the reader.
