The SunOS BIND code is older than half the music on those Rhino Records
"Totally 80's!!!" compilations.

Even in 4.1.4 it's still based on something like BIND 4.9.1.  Ancient history.

No one should ever refer to "SunOS BIND" in any manner, shape or form as
some kind of reference point.  *It* is the thing that's broken, not what
it's being compared against.
