Disk quotas don't work fully in 1.1 - actually, the problem is in quota(1)
which is looking for 'ufs' file systems instead of 'ffs'.  Fix: replace
the 'ufs' string in the source with 'ffs' and you're ok.

I guess this has been fixed already, but..
