there's definitely _something_ wrong with ftp.netbsd.org's network
connection.  try:

	ping -p 00000000ffffffff ftp.netbsd.org

for an example.  (i see the same problem pinging from CMU, Berkeley,
and MIT, so it can't be all on my end.  8-)

I dunno whose fault it is, though...
