I don't have a netbsd box handy to test this, but using sunos4.1.4,
I've noticed that for user processes, the priority doesn't go above
102.  What this means, for CPU intensive tasks, is that there is no
difference between a nice level of 7 and 19 (they all get the same
share of cpu).  Is this the same on NetBSD ?
