Arg!  I feel so dumb!  (especially seeing how I run another machine
which has dialout via tip(1))

I forgot to chnage the ownership on /dev/tty02 to group dialer!  Grr...

Needless to say, by XJ2288 works now as well.  Now I really should
back to work on that Qlogic card...
