Look in comp.os.linux.announce, there was a recent posting about a
company selling boot roms for NE2000 (and at least one other type)
disk controllers, allowing direct net-booting of linux. No reason that
it would be linux specific, at least that I can think of
offhand. There has been at least one other offer in the past...
