Mach microkernel + 4.4LITE derived BSD single-server (vs HURD which
uses multiple servers over Mach.) It emulates FreeBSD, Linux & NetBSD
1.0, but not 1.0A (remember the GATE system call to TRAP system call
change that happened post 1.0 early on? We got a performance boost out
of it while the Lites team bitched about NetBSD emulation needing
reworking and the result being slower like their Linux emulation.)
