Resently, I got the following messages several times.
/netbsd: ed0: warning - receiver ring buffer overrun
   Should I worry about it?

No.

Can I modify the sources to increase the buffer size?

Cards based on the DP8390 series generally have a fixed amount of
memory on board. In other words: No, you can't.
