} has an 800 number you can call 24-hours a day and get an automated
} system where you can get any information on any drive, via a
} touch-tone phone.  Since I don't own a Seagate drive, I don't have the
} number for Seagate anymore.  But, you could call any decent mail-order
} house who has a good service department, and they should be happy to
} give you Seagate's 800 number.

Seagate's faxback number is +1 408 438-2620.  Even better is their new
web server http://www.seagate.com/.  I know that Quantum also has a
web server.
