There are many SCSI drivers in -current, for a wide range of hardware.
I presume you're referring to either the Sun 3 or the SPARC port.
(Actually, the SPARC 5380 driver doesn't seem to be there.)

There isn't currently a driver for the 2940, but this will probably be
fixed `soon'.
