Someone has just pointed out that "make netbsd" for this doesn't work.

Of course, looking at it, it seems the "make netbsd" is for pre 1.0...
definately not 1.0A.

Adding "#include <sys/time.h>" to src/kernel/freebsd.c allows
"make freebsd" to work on netbsd-current...

but there's many ways to skin this one :)  Is using kvm_getfiles()
better than relying on sysctl(3) ?
